Biographic Notes
He is a Lecturer at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Aeronautics in the University of Patras, Greece. He worked for almost 12 years in industry since 1997 as design engineer and technical manager on military projects and as a project engineer and project manager on energy projects. He is member of Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) and the Hellenic Society of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. He has published over 40 articles in reputed international journals and conference proceedings with more than 55 citations on these papers. His current research interests are in the areas of Tribology of Machine Elements (Friction, Wear, Lubrication), SmartLubricants, (Electrorheological Fluids, Magnetorheological Fluids) Micro/Nanofluidics, Nanotribology/Nanolubrication of Machine Elements. He is married and he has two children.
